As we’ve been lazy in updating our project history since the summer, below are some images of our customers’ hires from April until early November 2018, including some excellent examples of how versatile our hire system is, and why our customers keep coming back to us to ensure their events are a success with no stress.

We always have additional panels on hand in case needed, can alternate between portrait and landscape at any time, join panels together at any angle, or set them up freestanding – full flexibility which we’ve found our customers find invaluable so that they don’t need to worry that they can’t adapt when problems arise.  Which often happens.
Our system adapts to suit you.  Not the other way around !
Edinburgh Art School – Greenock, June 2018

Our customer asked us to set up the display panels for the week, and then collect their whole exhibition equipment and valuable artefacts, which we returned to them in Edinburgh.  It was a pleasure to help with what was an interesting exhibition on Greenock’s history.
“Thank you ever so much….many thanks for all of your help!”

Health Sector Jobs Expo – Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh, May 2018
Sadly, our customer was forced to postpone their annual, popular NHS career exhibition in Edinburgh due to the extreme weather (snow, of course !) in March, at short notice.   We fully understand when this can happen, and fully sympathize with our customer, and were happy to accomodate these changes.
So the event was re-scheduled for May.

Here, our flexibile panel system is used to create double-sided exhibition stands for exhibitors in a limited space, without being too instrusive on the space available to the many visitors.
Below is a reminder of the previous year’s event, which is proving to be very popular with exhibitors and visitors in Health Sector Employment throughout the UK and Ireland, and how we were able to form double sided exhibition space stands for exhibitors down the centre of the room.
University of Manchester – International Centre for Advanced Materials – November 2018

For the 2nd year in a row, we were asked to mange this project for our customer, the University of Manchester.

This time, utilizing the space of one room, and confining the student exhibition to one area, we created two rows of zig zagged panels joined together, to ensure plenty of walk space around the whole exhibition.  Another successful event.

“Thanks again for all your help on the day………We’d like to hire you again for our poster board session at our annual Conference as you did a great job last year.”

Brockwell Energy, November 2018

Our customer needs to present public consultations for energy development projects, and relies on us to supply the display equipment as well as deliver them on site on time, and then collect when finished.
This is a good example of how we do numerous small panel board hire displays for our customers, but can also include some limited lighting if required.
Below is an mage of our lighting system that works in conjunction with our hire poster board panels.  Our usual stock is enough to illuminate about 25-30 panels.

Hopefully this brief summary of some of our hire work this year will demonstrate that we can usually help with any of your poster board requirements, so please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can advise further.
